Arise

Series: Yoga For Every Body | Episode: 3 | Runtime: 10m 57s | Release date: 2012

This gentle and rhythmical yoga flow moves through a sequence of stretches for the spine and the lower body- quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes. Ideal if you don’t have time for a full yoga class, or as a “cool down” after an exercise session. Couple this flow with the “Awaken” shoulder release sequence for a whole body warmup and stretch. There are options to suit all experience levels, including beginner and prenatal.

Stacey Nelson

Beautiful way to start the day. Short and sweet and like Celynn said, it lends itself well for a repeat.

Really great short stretch ... I would do this more than once if I wanted a longer workout. It is great!
