I have always struggled to find any form of contrôlée breathing difficulty and for me it increased my anxiety although this video has helped me find anbreathing technique that aid with my destress that I can use anywhere I am

The Alternate breathing really helps me stay asleep at night! I usually wake up about 3 time but after doing this is stay asleep until the alarm goes off!! I love it thank you so much!
