Ashley has the most heavenly voice I've every heard, absolutely beautiful! I have a question - is it ok to just 'listen' and 'focus' on her chant or would there be no benefit to your mind and soul just listening in this way. Her other meditation I was able to chant, but this one, I'm not able to remember the words and feel myself getting lost trying to follow along.

Hi, Janette! Thanks for asking us about this. Chanting requires neither great skill nor valiant effort but it shouldn't surprise you when the mind wanders. This is common and the mind can be controlled by constant practice, detachment, and determination. So just be patient and keep trying :) ~ Jasmin
