Either I'm dense and I don't want to worry if I'm labeling correctly or I'm finally getting the hang of meditation, but this is one of the best ways for me to keep thoughts at bay! Thanks Ira and FMTV. Practicing meditation is helping me stay focused when I'm at my cacophonous workplace.
