There are beginner options throughout, and it is suitable for anyone. Lauren's gentle tone of voice will work your mind, body and spirit in ways to uplift your day. This 30-minute flow aims to open up your body and build heat within minutes. Through a series of Sun Salutations, standing postures, back and forward bends, twists and balances, you will get a whole body workout. Floor poses will calm the mind and give you a well-earned release with a guided meditation upon completion.

Any advice for a hand issue ? I have trigger finger.. it’s painful to lay flat on my hand so I’ve been using my knuckles and it’s starting to hurt that way as well.

Hi Liz! Best to avoid doing any heavy activities and make sure your hands are in the right alignment before you put weight on them while doing yoga . If this persists, you may want to check with your health practitioner about this. ~ Jasmin ❤

This came up in the beginner search but its not for beginners; it moves very quickly and although there are beginner options, you can't keep up. I look forward to being able to follow along as Lauren's very easy to listen to and I love the asanas - just too fast for me.
