Absolutely loved this experience, I have never done taping before and I loved how my body woke up and tingled.

I have lots of tapping meditations, but have never done a practice like this before. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I am unsure if you realize (as it confused me when I had my eyes closed and opened them to check where you were tapping on) the solar plexus is located in between the rib cage (upper stomach area). The physical demonstration was tapping just under the collar bones, close to the throat chakra.
Despite this, I loved the entire exercise. Thank you!

Thanks Laurentine. I wonder if you could also recommend some music that you love to meditate with. I guess it is personal, but it would be helpful to hear what you use and preferably not a YouTube recording with adverts and other irritating distractions!! Pennie
