Hi Emily - in the "suggested weekly program" above, you suggest Cardio HIIT on Saturday. Is that the same thing as "cardio fun" video? I imagine it is but just making sure I wasn't missing something...

HI, I have just discovered this and tried my first few sessions today. I did the warmup twice and then the lean legs. Really enjoyed and will be following the weekly plan above for sure, that you for sharing that will us Emily.

Eerste dag vandaga. Ik heb overal spierpijn en en ontzettend moe. Ik werk volcontinue dag avond nacht en daardoor geen regelmaat. Hoe kan ik dit leefstijl in mijn leven toevoegen. Ik weet niet waar ik beginnen moet. Kan me er ook niet aan toe zetten. Ik ben een vegetariër mijn partner en zoon van 11 ook. Bewust van wat we eten maar ik heb geen regelmaat. Ik mis de rust ben constant uitgeput. Help!
