Thank you Chef Cynthia, What I love about your guidance in these videos, is the ease and fun you exude from this work. I've been cooking/experimenting w/ so many ways of cooking after a breast ca diagnosis.(7 years out now) After all the cutting, burning and poisoning of treatment, I'm great and making a new path for myself and my family. From Macrobiotics, Vegan, Juicing, etc. etc. etc. I've found with your approach, a new way to approach my nutritional health! Get out of my head and go for it in the kitchen. It may take me awhile to stop measuring and feeling the recipes more, but I'm going to keep watching your inspiring techniques and flavorful raw, some lightly cooked video's. Totally grateful!, Susan

Hello Chef Cynthia! I have been making your recipes for a few months already. Your recipe for spaghetti bolognese is AmAzInG ... I usually have it over butternut squash noodles and is just perfection. The baked cabbage was so simple to make but so full of flavor. And the smoothie bowl is my new summer breakfast.Thank you ...thank you ...thank you for sharing your talent and your passion for cooking with all of us.
