It is recommended to have a solid knowledge of yoga or this can be performed by a beginner ?

Hi Claudia, these sessions are intermediate however the teachers do offer options for more challenging asanas. As a beginner, it is important to develop a regular practice, in order to get your body used to moving in a new way. Do what your body will allow without causing pain or tension, keep an open mind, rest when you need to and do your best :-)
