My future DIL just finished her yoga teacher training and I just haven't the nerve to go to any of her classes as I am not very bendy and certainly don't want to be the class example all the time. I hope that I can learn this with ease! I've tried previous classes and I just haven't got what it takes to to yoga in public!

Wondering what are the recommendations for this series... should I do a different one each day and have one day off a week ? or just the first one for a week then the next one next week ect ?? or should I just do every second day ??? I just did the first one today :)

I have tried to do your yoga videos in the past. I have significant bilateral knee osteoarthrtitis and have very limited range of motion. I am a 'treat' to watch in a regular yoga class. :) but i try. I am not able to sit on the mat and do many of the wonderful flows...... The benefits of yoga are undeniable and i am so thrilled to have this series that I CAN do with my stubborn knees! YEAH! :)
