hi, this series came along at just the right time. Thank you so much. I have my kettlebell already to go 10Kg, its been waiting for me to find out how to use it without hurting my back. So it was sat in my room for 2 months and now it will be put to use. Very grateful to all you do and especially for this kettlebell series right now.
I love the demonstration, I have only watched part 1 so far. Delaine Ross is such an inspirational teacher and gives clear instructions. I will be working carefully with her through this entire series.

I got a 5lb weight, is that going to be ok to start out with? I don't do weights and when I got this, it seemed heavy for me. I guess I'm just that weak.
