Hi Helga, sorry, but this particular series doesn't have a nutritional suggestion, but you can find some great programs on FMTV to follow in the program's sections of your subscription :) ~ Iris

Hello, he mentions that there are specific nutrients that the body needs and how to switch to para sympathetic nervous system before... do you have a video of this preparation material :)?

Hi Diana! There are many techniques that a person can use to strengthen and activate their parasympathetic nervous system, causing a relaxation response in their body. You could try practicing meditation or deep abdominal breathing from the diaphragm, this will help to switch on the system before practicing your yoga. You will find some great programs inside FMTV for you to try - Wim Hoff is one of our favourites for deep breathing training :) Hope this helps! ~ Iris

The info under the heading , Gravity Yoga, states 15 mins per day. It seems the entire body stretch would take more than 15 mins. Is this program meant to be done fully each day? Is it best to do before or after workouts or physical activity?
Thanks

Hi Cynthia, thanks for getting in touch! The series implies that you will only need to do one of the 15 minute segments per day, depending on which area you want to target. If you do have extra time, you can combine multiple classes or do the complete program. This stretching routine is best performed post workout. Hope this helps ❤ ~ Iris

Are these routines targeted to a specific age group? Can anyone at any age do these?
Thanks.
