Thank you, I was wondering the same thing - he mentions 30 days - is the idea that you pick the ones of the above that you like, and repeat your choice for 30 days? Or is there something more specific for 30 days? Thank you :-)

This program is awesome especially early morning or late night to figure out which point in our body is uncomfortable and to meditate.
