Sit and get fit is fantastic. I do a fair bit of walking and zumba twice a week and have been looking for something to add in a few days a week - this sit and get fit is perfect - I do the warm up right thru to the cool down as a whole exercise session and use roughly 600kj in the process. I feel energised at the end of the session and it only takes around half an hour.

Grateful for these. Finally starting to build up strength. My whole body was suffering from lack of energy , no strength, etc, no explanation for my daytime. His workout are helping me gain strength and confidence that I can get through whatever this is.
