So if carry that heavy wooden bench down to the shore then back to the car , would that be enough of a workout?

Just kidding, I'm 71 and jog 3 miles a day and workout with kettle bells and do Tai Chi , qigong and yoga.

For best results, I'd recommend 2 or 3 times a week, and I'd also recommend having a rest day in between each.

Hi Isabel, sorry, but currently, you won't be able to add a whole series on your 'Watch Later' list, but you could open each video under the series and add the videos on your 'Watch Later' list. Hope this helps and enjoy the series once it goes live! :) ~ Iris
