Good Evening - is there any other documentation or plans to follow for this? So, for example, of course do the warm up/cool down during sessions, but any recommendations - Mon - do Core, Tuesday - rest, Wed - HIT, Thurs - rest, Fri -Full Body etc? Or can you do one different workout each day?
Please let me know. Thanks so much.....

Thanks for asking, Daniel! Yes, you may follow different workout each day. One of the most important things you can do is to set goals for yourself to achieve along the way and set this as a guide. Very interested in this series, but would love a little more guidance as to how to piece them together into a workout plan. Of course, I understand everyone is in a different place, but can you recommend some sort of plan to work towards?

I am keen to try these, I’m in my late 40’s, overweight and unfit and I get really intimidated by some exercise programmes. I’m trying to reeducate myself and redesign my lifestyle - which is why I’m here at FMTV. 😊
