I just did the dance video and that was so much fun! I hadn’t realized how little movement I’ve had over the past decade!

Just did the full body video and my body feels great (the increase in balance in the tree pose was surprising!). The only thing is that I felt nauseous and had to pause a couple times. Has anyone felt this and is there a known cause? I'm hoping you will say I released toxins in parts of my body the exercise released! ;)

Hi Marie France! There are several reasons that may have caused this. For some, exercising with no food beforehand may cause lightheadedness. Or because of the sudden decrease in circulating blood, your blood pressure can drop. Sudden stopping after the exercise can cause a drop in blood pressure, which may induce dizziness, fainting, and/or nausea. If this persists, I suggest you seek some further information from a holistic practitioner. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin

The problematic disc is around the C5/6 area, as per my question below :)

I have a herniated disc, which is healing at the moment and is pain free. I am wondering if relaxing the head into the forward bend in Episode 3 (Spine) is a safe and beneficial move for me to do. Thanks
