Sat Nam! Thank you for checking in :) During pregnancy, it is not recommended to practice Breath of Fire, intense 3rd chakra work, or any type of inversion, which, sadly makes these particular kriyas unsafe for pregnancy at 27 weeks. That being said, you and the baby will probably greatly enjoy the meditations :) Feel free to practice those together as often as you wish!

This is an incredible series; Ashely's energy is palpable to the practitioner, the pace of the movements are invigorating, yet the breathing techniques grounding and calming. Very grateful to share in this practice.
