Hi Anne, here at Food Matters, our main goal is to get as many people as possible to look at their 'food as medicine' and start adding more whole, organic foods into their diet. We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to eating, as everybody is unique and needs to eat accordingly ❤ ~ Iris

I thought these were going to be short snipits but there are a lot of great full length videos.
Which is great but hard to decide what to watch. Is there an index with a brief summary of each days items anywhere?

Thank you for making this Summit available with unlimited access with my membership....I have been taking my time going through and watching everything. Some of it I have seen before and enjoyed watching it a second time. Love FMTV keeps me on track. 💗🤗

FMTV has given me a roadmap to health that I have been searching for for so long. I have tried so many things to battle chronic fatigue since I realized how sick I was in 1990. I have made great gains, but the information here pushed me beyond the research fatigue I had after so many years of up and down results in my search, and now I know what I need to concentrate on. I was working on my body and reversing chemical changes from toxins, but I didn't really know the impact and value of mindset on the whole picture. I am excited for the next part of this Journey, and transforming the way I see myself and my Life. Thank you so much, FMTV...for all the hours, research, and seeking out the best minds that understand what it takes to be truly transformed from the inside out.
