I love FMTV. You guys have amazing information. It has helped me lose 100lbs so far and I am eternally greatful to you guys for that. Keep up the good work. I had never heard this information before and now that I have it is mind blowing how simple it is.

When making the smoothies what sort of coconut / almond milk do you buy or do you make it from the nuts

Hi Lesley, happy to hear you loved the presentations! We do recommend using only organic and fresh is always best. However, you may use canned coconut milk if you prefer, just ensure it's organic. It's actually pretty easy to make your own coconut milk which is much healthier than those in canned. Simply add young coconut meat to blender, cover with filtered water, and blend. Add more meat or water to achieve desired consistency. As for the almond milk, you might want to try this recipe here: https://www.fmtv.com/watch/almond-milk. Hope this helps :) Enjoy! ~ Iris
