Everyone is talking about "blue light" before bed and actually in general..... please can you tell me how the kindle device affects one

Hi Kathy! There are recent studies that have shown that Kindles have the same problem: they emit EMFs and are always used very close to the body. Blue wavelengths—which are beneficial during daylight hours because they boost attention, reaction times, and mood—seem to be the most disruptive at night. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin

Cathy you can use the Nite shade facility to cut out blue light. You will find it in the settings if you drag down from the top of your screen. I use it at night xx
