Are you ready to transform your health with a nourishing 7-day juice & broth cleanse?

Giving the body a rest from solid foods & nurturing it with nutrient-dense juice & broths is an incredible way to hit the reset button on your health. Not only does it give the digestive system time to rest, but it allows the liver to focus on detoxifying unwanted toxins from the body. This has incredible flow on effects in the body including weight loss, clearer skin, more energy, & balanced hormones.

What’s Included?

  1. Fully guided 7-day juice cleanse program.
  2. Downloadable print-ready shopping list, meal plans, & cleanse information.

Why detox?

In the modern world, we are exposed to an unprecedented amount of toxins on a daily basis - toxins are present in our food supply, cleaning products, beauty products, and in the environment. This level of exposure is concerning as our bodies key detox organ, the liver, is constantly working and simply doesn’t have the capacity to process the amount of toxins coming in. When you combine this with long-term excessive caffeine, alcohol, trans fat intake, and a lack of nutrients, it becomes a perfect storm for weight gain and may lead to other chronic health conditions.

When the liver is unable to process incoming toxins, they are reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. This has a huge impact on the body given that so many environmental toxins are what is known as ‘endocrine-disruptors’, which mimic hormones and promote weight gain and, furthermore, many of these chemicals are carcinogenic, meaning they can contribute to cancer. Our body is an integrative system and an overwhelmed liver places a heavy burden on the whole body. This week, we’re going to focus on giving the liver lots of love to flush the built up toxins out of the body.

Is it advised to use only organic ingredients? Will it still work if not?

Hi Bea, we do recommend using only organic where possible, but if finding organic produce is a little hard for you, white vinegar together with water mixed with some other helpful ingredients is a good produce wash. You might want to try this recipe here: 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 tbsp baking soda and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Put all ingredients in a spray bottle. Throw food in a bowl in the sink. Spray the produce and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water. We would also suggest watching this video here for more tips on how to navigate the grocery store: https://www.fmtv.com/watch/food-as-medicine-produce. Lastly, you might also find this article here useful: https://www.foodmatters.com/article/ewgs-2019-dirty-dozen-list-which-new-vegetable-made-it-list. Hope this helps and all the best with the cleanse! ❤️ ~ Iris@FMTV

Hi Gillian! Everybody is different and the effects of a detox vary. Sometimes people experience headaches, fatigue, nausea, and persistent flatulence. Since a cleanse works by releasing the toxins, it can cause a variety of side-effects along the way, and it's quite normal to feel worse before you feel better. Drinking more of chamomile tea may help reduce abdominal cramps, flatulence, and bloating. ~ Jasmin@FMTV ❤

I successfully completed the 7 day cleanse! :) The first day I felt a bit light headed, but that seemed to fade with time. I had moments when I had bursts of energy and then not much energy. In order to keep the hunger at bay I tried to space out the juices evenly during the day. I am now back to my Nutritarian diet recommended by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. The reason that I chose to do the cleanse is because I have been diagnosed with DCIS (the beginning stages of breast cancer) and I do not want to cut off my breast without trying to heal my body first. We will see what happens in the next few months. Thank you so much for your fantastic programs at FMTV. I feel empowered with all of the knowledge that you provide and I look forward to enjoying juices from the 7 day cleanse during the week. I will definitely be doing this fast again in the future!
