The Food Matters 7 Day Juice Cleanse

9 Modules | 25 Videos | 1 Resource

Are you ready to transform your health with a nourishing 7-day juice & broth cleanse?

Giving the body a rest from solid foods & nurturing it with nutrient-dense juice & broths is an incredible way to hit the reset button on your health. Not only does it give the digestive system time to rest, but it allows the liver to focus on detoxifying unwanted toxins from the body. This has incredible flow on effects in the body including weight loss, clearer skin, more energy, & balanced hormones.

What’s Included?

  1. Fully guided 7-day juice cleanse program.
  2. Downloadable print-ready shopping list, meal plans, & cleanse information.

Why detox?

In the modern world, we are exposed to an unprecedented amount of toxins on a daily basis - toxins are present in our food supply, cleaning products, beauty products, and in the environment. This level of exposure is concerning as our bodies key detox organ, the liver, is constantly working and simply doesn’t have the capacity to process the amount of toxins coming in. When you combine this with long-term excessive caffeine, alcohol, trans fat intake, and a lack of nutrients, it becomes a perfect storm for weight gain and may lead to other chronic health conditions.

When the liver is unable to process incoming toxins, they are reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. This has a huge impact on the body given that so many environmental toxins are what is known as ‘endocrine-disruptors’, which mimic hormones and promote weight gain and, furthermore, many of these chemicals are carcinogenic, meaning they can contribute to cancer. Our body is an integrative system and an overwhelmed liver places a heavy burden on the whole body. This week, we’re going to focus on giving the liver lots of love to flush the built up toxins out of the body.

Hi, how do we incorporate the healthy fat e.g. coconut oil and/or avocado into the cleanse?

Hi Kerry! You may scoop a quarter of a small avocado and add this to the juice once a day. Or a teaspoon of coconut oil to be mixed to any juice you'll make. Happy juicing! ~ Jasmin ❤

Hi Susan, thanks for asking. Although we have recommended the healing detox broth, remember that this is just a guide and you can adjust this based on your own needs or preference. Good luck with your cleanse! ~ Jasmin

Can anyone please guide me to a juice program which will start to shift Multiple Sclerosis symptoms? Will any juice regimen do?...as the process mainly rebalances our internal body systems? Would love to share a program with a friend..who’s working with her practitioner who is focused on drug therapies alone. Thank you again in advance. J

Hello Jacqueline. To start with, we highly recommend watching this TED talk by Dr. Terry Wahl’s. She is an incredible medical doctor who was diagnosed with MS and decided to take the natural route to healing. You can watch her amazing story and the result of thousands of hours studying: http://www.foodmatters.com/article/how-a-doctor-cured-herself-using-food-alone We also have loads of great free articles on this condition that you can peruse here: http://www.foodmatters.com/a-to-z-conditions/multiple-sclerosis As you’ll find in the articles and TED talk recommended above, diet plays an integral part of the healing journey for this condition. We suggest focusing on a wholefood diet with lots of healthy fats like coconut oil, avocado, chia seeds or flax seeds. We also suggest removing gluten from your diet, as this is often associated with the aggravation of autoimmune conditions. To understand this further, we recommend watching “What’s With Wheat” which is an incredible documentary that dives deep into the issues with modern wheat. You can watch this here: https://www.fmtv.com/watch/whats-with-wheat If you are new to a gluten-free, wholefood diet or just want some extra inspiration, we highly recommend our 21 Day Guided Program. This program is filled with easy, affordable and delicious wholefood recipes that anyone can make. There is a strong emphasis on anti-inflammatory, healing foods which are ideal for reducing symptoms of MS. You can find the guided program here: https://www.fmtv.com/programs/21-day-program. You may also consume wild caught fish rich in Omega-3 Fats or fish oil supplements. Lastly, if you are looking for more individualized support you can now work one-on-one with a certified Food Matters Health Practitioner. Every day we receive hundreds of emails from customers asking us to recommend a health practitioner, so we decided to create a solution; a unique online platform where you can access highly qualified and affordable Health Practitioners via a video appointment from anywhere in the world, in the comfort of your own home. Many of our Practitioners offer a FREE 20minute session so you can be sure their service is right for you before purchasing. Oh my!
Karelle! Thank you so so much for your detailed response. Absolutely ecstatic that there is a lot of content to digest on this condition. I’m due to see my friend tomorrow and so excited to be able to share at least the Ted talk.. that will start to shift her mind to that more positive space of possibilities. Yes I do believe the stuff we will eat is also key to how our body responds.
This is awesome!
Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!
You don’t know what this means.
Sending you abundant love and light.
Namaste..

Hi FMTV and thank you so so much for this priceless resource made available to us all. Loving the juicing process but have this strong urge never to discard of the pulp left after juices extracted. Any advise? I have read that I can use pulp in compost..so I’m gonna have to start gardening immediately.......also read the pulp can go in cakes or on salads, in pasta dishes etc...but I don’t eat these anymore and over time the pulp volumes exceed usage so have to freeze? What do you do with your pulp?thanks in advance. J
