I am doing plant-based diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy fats from avocados and nuts, and my doctor just diagnosed me with non-alcoholic fatty liver. I dont get it. All she said my diet has to be low fat diet.

Hi Amie, sparkling water can be a great way to keep our bodies hydrated. If you are to consume sparkling water, it is suggested to consume those that are mineral-rich and free of sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and artificial flavors. Hope this helps :) ~ Iris
