Welcome to the challenge! Are you ready?

For this challenge, we’ve teamed up with world-class yogis Lauren Verona, Kerry Lyons & Brett Larkin to create 7 Days of Yoga that will ignite your inner yogi. For beginners, our instructors will make sure your technique is correct and for the advanced, we promise you will feel the heat.

Each day includes a 30-minute routine. We're keeping it short and sweet so you won’t have any excuse for missing a day!

Don’t worry, we aren’t going to make you do headstands and scorpion poses on day 1. This challenge is all about building technique and enjoying the practice. (Not to mention, you can practice in the comfort of your own home).

Before you begin the challenge we encourage you to participate in the ‘Introduction To Basic Yogic Breathing & Practices’ class. You will learn how to properly breathe in yoga, see and practice many of yoga’s fundamental poses and understand the following poses: Child’s Pose, Cat/Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, and Low Lunge.

Why Practice Yoga?

Practicing yoga works in a very different way from dieting. Yoga honors the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life, rather than just being a physical act of burning calories. In a culture in which we rush from one day to the next, constantly trying to change our health, our body, or our emotions, or to plan our future, yoga opens up the possibility of connecting to what we already have — to who we already are.

Meet The Teachers

Lauren Verona:

Lauren Verona has created and grown three thriving yoga studios and healthy communities across Australia and is passionate about bringing yoga to as many lives as possible. Lauren is also the creator of an online studio offering premium yoga classes, tutorials, and workshops. Her insights, compassion for people of all abilities, and a light sense of humor bring a unique blend of instruction and guidance that is refreshing and down-to-earth. As a mother of two, she understands life’s challenge to find time for ourselves and is passionate about assisting others with finding that balance.

Brett Larkin:

Brett credits yoga with helping her overcome the overwhelming stress, anxiety, and fear she felt as a teen and young adult. After experimenting with yoga in all its forms, she dedicated herself to studying Hatha Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda under Alan Finger (ISHTA Yoga) in New York in 2005. Even after extensive training, Brett was too scared to teach real people in a classroom setting. She filmed a short yoga sequence to put online instead. This little video catalyzed Brett into a full-time yoga Youtuber, teacher, and teacher trainer!

Kerry Lyons:

Kerry has been practicing yoga for over 40 years and loves the way it makes her feel. It was this that inspired her to take up teaching, which she has been doing for over 7 years. She continues to be fascinated by how the practice of yoga can have profound effects on both physical and mental well-being, and how people's lives may be transformed in ways they may not have imagined.

I am 64 year old male and about as flexible as a 2'x4'. I needed something to get me going and I absolutely love this instructor and her approach. I have tried yoga before but I could never stick with it. I have been at it 5 days now and will continue. I already feel a difference. I have not tried the challenging option for any of the days but that will come. This has been fantastic.

I really enjoyed the yoga sequences with Brett & Kerry ! It was well explained, I had time to do the poses and I could do almost all of them so as a total beginner it means a lot. I will now continue practicing the basics, thank you so much !!!!

First time around I found this sequence moved at a speedy pace despite the fact that I practise yoga daily. A few mor repeats of the sequence and I now enjoy the dynamic speed. A case of becoming familiar with this instructor.

Hi Denise, we don't have a timeframe yet as to when the next group kick off will be but you can still do the program at your own pace :) ~ Iris

I think that there is one for beginners and the other for advanced, not have to do both

I was going to try to do the Challenge again with the more difficult classes but it's too hard. I think something between "never practiced yoga before" and an "intermediate" option would be ideal, but that's me. I would be closer to intermediate and the "easy" classes are too easy and the others are too difficult. :(

Hi Heather, I'm sorry for the confusion. You just have to choose 1 class each day according to your preference. You may choose to do the easy class or the more challenging one. Hope this helps :) ~ Iris
