Welcome to the Challenge!
Are You Ready?
For this challenge, we’ve teamed up with world-class yogis Lauren Verona, Kerry Lyons & Brett Larkin to create 7 Days of Yoga that will ignite your inner yogi. For beginners, our instructors will make sure your technique is correct and for the advanced, we promise you will feel the heat.
Each day includes a 30-minute routine. We're keeping it short and sweet so you won’t have any excuse for missing a day!
Don’t worry, we're not going to make you do headstands and scorpion poses on day 1. This challenge is all about building technique and enjoying the practice (not to mention, you can practice in the comfort of your own home).
Meet The Instructors
Lauren Verona has created and grown three thriving yoga studios and healthy communities across Australia and is passionate about bringing yoga to as many lives as possible. Lauren is also the creator of an online studio offering premium yoga classes, tutorials, and workshops. Her insights, compassion for people of all abilities, and a light sense of humor bring a unique blend of instruction and guidance that is refreshing and down-to-earth. As a mother of two, she understands life’s challenge to find time for ourselves and is passionate about assisting others with finding that balance.
Brett credits yoga with helping her overcome the overwhelming stress, anxiety, and fear she felt as a teen and young adult. After experimenting with yoga in all its forms, she dedicated herself to studying Hatha Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda under Alan Finger (ISHTA Yoga) in New York in 2005. Even after extensive training, Brett was too scared to teach real people in a classroom setting. She filmed a short yoga sequence to put online instead. This little video catalyzed Brett into a full-time yoga Youtuber, teacher, and teacher trainer!
Kerry has been practicing yoga for over 40 years and loves the way it makes her feel. It was this that inspired her to take up teaching, which she has been doing for over 7 years. She continues to be fascinated by how the practice of yoga can have profound effects on both physical and mental well-being, and how people's lives may be transformed in ways they may not have imagined.
Before You Begin!
Before you begin the challenge, we encourage you to participate in the ‘Introduction To Basic Yogic Breathing & Practices’ class. You will learn how to properly breathe in yoga, see and practice many of yoga’s fundamental poses, and understand the following poses: Child’s Pose, Cat/Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, and Low Lunge.
