Hi Alia! Wheatgrass is part of the wheat family, however, it does not contain gluten. This is because wheatgrass has been sprouted and no longer carries gluten or other allergic agents. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin

Hello Natalya, doing a cleanse or detox while breastfeeding generally isn't a good idea as excess toxins and heavy metals will end up circulating to your baby, this is also a time to build, rather than cleanse to ensure that your baby has all the necessary building blocks to start his/her life. I'd hold off doing this challenge until after you have finished breastfeeding and spend this time building up your nutrition by including as many good things in your diet as possible and gently crowding out anything that isn't beneficial :)
