Hi! I am reading here the Q&As and you guys say " we have to add 1 smoothie a day". That's it??? Drink one smoothie? Or more if I would like - I assuming.

Hello, Edina! The idea of this challenge is to add 1 smoothie a day, either as a meal or as a snack, along with a healthy diet. I hope this helps. :) ~ Andrea

I like drinking smoothies because I end up eating less junk food and less calories but I have read at so many places about smoothies causing bloating. What;s your take on this?

Hello Aakansha. Bloating and constipation are not uncommon experiences during a cleanse like this. We recommend adding chia seeds to your smoothies if you are experiencing this, and a little more water too. :) ~ Karelle

Thanks Karelle. I dont really feel bloating and infant like drinking smoothies. I already add chia seeds in them. My question was more around that on web people have been saying drinking green smoothies is not healthy. My question was more around this take?

Do you have an eta on when the Food Matters Super Greens will be back in stock? Or if you can recommend a comparable product I can use? Also, when I click on the link in the shopping list for the Superfoods Vitamin C it takes me to a recipe book instead. I tried search to find the vitamin C in your store and it takes me to the Superfoods Greens, which are sold out. Again, if there’s a comparable substitute that you would recommend, I’d appreciate hearing about it. Thank you!
