5 Day Raw Food Challenge

6 Modules | 23 Videos | 1 Resource

Going raw for 5 days is the perfect reset button. With all the toxins that the body absorbs, be it through food, the environment, water, beauty products, or hygiene products, you can become overwhelmed to the point where you feel like you need to change things up!

Eating raw can help you feel lighter and improve your intestinal transit time through the high consumption of soluble and insoluble fiber. Eating raw can also help you lose excess water retention due to the low sodium content of the food you eat.

You could look at eating raw like a cleanse without the juices!

Going ‘raw’ isn’t as difficult as it seems!

You've watched all the documentaries, listened to the interviews and read the articles, but something is stopping you from trying out the raw food diet. The reason for this is probably because going raw means cutting out dairy, meat, and cooking; three things that have become quite habitual in a modern person's diet and routine. The trick to going raw and staying raw is to know which fresh foods you adore and to make sure they are always on hand. Plus, getting creative in the kitchen can help you explore the possibilities of the raw cuisine to ensure you aren't dining on a plate of raw carrots for dinner.

To make sure you are satisfied with every meal, we've teamed up with raw food enthusiast Chef Cynthia Louise in this challenge. Cynthia will have you dining on creamy alfredo pasta, wholesome puddings for breakfast and flavorsome salads that are as delicious as they are filling. After this challenge we guarantee you will have a newfound appreciation for the herbs and spices we have available to us!

I’m finishing up the 7 day detox-great program! I think that I am sensitive to avocados...:(
I seem to get bloated when I eat them. During the challenge I substituted raw organic coconut oil for the avocado, and it worked out very well. What are your suggestions for substitutions during this 5 day challenge?
