Kindly try viewing again using a fresh or different browser like Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox and see if it works this time. Hi FM! I love this site. I wish I could spend all day here learning. I just downloaded the members bonus "FM Detox Guide eBook". I don't see any menus, just the recipes. Is that book meant to align with this program? Is there a menu somewhere or do we just pick and choose? Thanks so much for your help? I wasn't sure where to go to ask this so I found this video. Thanks! ♥. // (Later) Found it. It's in the "Resources" and is simply a list from AM to PM with the overall repeatable menu. //

hello, I will be starting the 3 day detox tomorrow.I am ready for it & a month ago did a jon Gabriel detox, that was great but afterwards I slipped back into my old habits mostly. I still have green juices which I love but dont seem to be loosing any weight. I know my issues are related to work stress & have tried meditation etc but it docent help much. my relationship with food is gradually changing but like Jon says in the interview I want it to b long term.

Any advice for doing this detox during winter in Melbourne? I am one of those people who is always cold, I rely on hot coffees, soups and hearty meals to get me through so I'm worried it might be very difficult. thanks
