Many of us are unknowingly suffering from food sensitivities and allergies which are preventing us from reaching optimal health and an ideal body weight. We created this video program as we saw a need for a simple, yet effective detox program that anyone can enjoy. It includes healthy recipes that we regularly prepare for ourselves. We love sharing what we eat to stay healthy and hope that you love it too.

In much the same way you need a holiday from work, your body needs a break from time to time for some serious R&R. This is especially important if your body is feeling tired, sick, heavy or just plain run-down.

Detoxification is a normal process, in fact your body is constantly trying to neutralize and eliminate toxins through the major organs such as your colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymphs and skin. But what if your self-cleaning system is overloaded and blocked up?

Research shows that detoxing may be the missing link to disease prevention, especially for immune-deficiency diseases like cancer, arthritis, diabetes chronic fatigue syndrome and candida.

Even if you have a great diet, cleansing is the perfect way to boost your immune system and protect yourself from nasty toxins with a good internal spring clean.


Laurentine and I have designed the 3 day guided detox to be easily achievable and allow everyone to feel the benefits.

3 days not enough? Then up the ante and follow the program for 7-10 days! Don’t think you can do 3 days? That’s ok, 1 day of detoxing is better than nothing! We do however recommend trying to stick to 3 days to really feel the true benefits of an inner-cleanse.

There are many detoxification programs and products out in the market, so what makes the Food Matters 3 Day Detox video program different? We believe in a program that is not too extreme and does not leave you starving, making it achievable and easier to commit to. We also believe in providing you with daily guidance and motivation to keep you on track. Having support makes it that much easier to stick to your health goals.

Loved the program! Had some challenges with the salad but replaced by a raw salad from Cinthia and loved it too. I didn’t fell hungry or any unpleasent symptom. Definatelly will plan to do the program again maybe quarterly. thanks for sharing! Hum, maybe I’ll go to the raw program next....

Thank you! My husband and I did the 3 Day Detox last week. My husband got rid of 8 lbs of toxins and 4 lbs for me. I never got hungry and did not have any cravings. My husband did get hunger pangs the second day as you guys said may happen. He had some slight cravings. When he was done with the 3 days he felt so much better and is now on the road to eating healthier.

I started another round Sunday and as of today I have lost a total of 7 lbs of toxins. Im sleeping for the first time in years. I have energy and a clear mind. In just a weeks time of the detox I’m walking 2 miles a day.

I’ve tried many different programs For my husband that was not successful. Your 3 Day Detox is very simple and very easy to stick with.

Question for me. How often should I and how long can I keep on this regimen? I would like to keep doing the same routine with the exception of eating a healthy meal for dinner.

We recommend doing the detox twice a year, once every six months. This changes for everyone though, listen to your body you will know if you need a detox. Hi!!! I don’t own a juicer and we live in the sticks so the nearest place that juices is roughly an hour and. A half drive one way hahaha for real... can I use my ninja blender?

Hello Shelley. A juicer is best (see if you can borrow one) as, for the detox, we want to make sure you're getting liquid nutrition with a very little digestive load. Alternatively, check out your local cafe or Health Food Store as many of them now do fresh juices. If arranged in advance, they just might be able to customise your Food Matters Detox Juice just for you :-) You can blend, as well, but it's just a little different. :)
