We created this video program as we saw a need for a simple, yet effective detox program that anyone can enjoy. It includes healthy recipes that we regularly prepare for ourselves. We love sharing what we eat to stay healthy and hope that you love it too.

Hi Aimee, it is suggested to minimise the intake of vitamins and supplements during detox as anything that you take into your body has to be digested and eliminated. It adds to the digestive load of your system, diverting some of your body’s energy from cleansing to digestion. It is best to consult with your natural health care provider, especially for prescribed vitamins/supplements for a particular ailment or deficiency. Well I finished the 3 day detox ALMOST unfortunately I was only able to have a small amount of soup at dinner. Shortly after mid morning I got sick to my stomach and had major stomach and bowel troubles. Very disappointed, enjoyed most everything but found out I do not like the taste of cilantro otherwise I enjoyed doing the detox. Found it a little tough at the beginning but was doing OK until late morning. I have some other health issues which I believe caused my problems, it had nothing to do with the detox. The detox helped me establish some new routines for drinking and eating and am grateful for that.

Sometime in the next few weeks, after I finish my Physio, I would like to do this 3 day detox. I have been looking at the other food programs and would like to know your suggestion as to which one would be best to do after this program. I am wanting to change my eating habits and would appreciate any help you can give me.

I live in a tropical climate and hot soup does not sound appealing at all. But I think I have a solution using the same veggies--gazpacho. The recipe I have calls for olive oil and a sweetener such as agave nectar or honey. Should I omit those ingredients or substitute them with something else?
