Their journey to health freedom began 13 years ago when James’ father, Roy, was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. Initially they outsourced to medical professions for answers, but after 5 years, the conventional approach was just suppressing symptoms and offering more roadblocks than stepping-stones to recovery. After all the options were exhausted, James & Laurentine realized they needed to turn back to nature... they needed to unlock the power of nutrition and help heal Roy from the inside out.

This is the first chapter of health freedom & the Food Matters story - a story that they believed needed to be shared with the world. Now 8 years on, James & Laurentine have been sharing the message of health with the world, shedding light on the unknown sides of the medical industry, advocating for nutrition and empowering people to make essential changes in their life. They aim to help people regain vitality in their life and break free from the chronic illnesses holding them back.
