Chlorella is a single-celled water-grown algae that consists primarily of a large amount of readily available chlorophyll. Chlorella is a whole food and is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, polysaccharides and many other beneficial compounds.

Spirulina contains chlorophyll, protein, vitamins, major minerals, trace minerals, essential fatty acids, nucleic acids (RNA and DNA), polysaccharides and a vast spectrum of antioxidants.

Iodine is required by humans for the production of thyroid hormones. As the thyroid stimulates energy production of the cellular mitochondria, it influences all body functions. The body can't tell the difference between stable and radioactive iodine. Taking iodine can protect the thyroid from injury by filling it up with healthy iodine, thus preventing the gland from taking up radioactive iodine.

Tocotrienols from the vitamin E complex present in rice bran solubles, have been identified as responsible for lowering cholesterol in the body, and having anti-aging and anti-inflammatory qualities. Rice bran solubles consist of perfect chains of essential fatty acids, major and trace minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants in perfect ratio in a plant source. • 1 tbsp tocotrienols
• 2 tsp chlorella
• 1 tsp spirulina
• 1 tsp marine phytoplankton powder
• 1 tsp astragalus
• ¼ tsp ashwagandha
• ½ tsp reishi
• ½ tsp camu camu powder
• ¼ tsp ginseng powder
• 2 squirts superIonic
• ½ drop iodine
• 3 dates
