Ingredients

• 2 cups herbal tea
• ¼ cup cashews 
• 1 tbsp mesquite
• 2 tsp lucuma
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ whole nutmeg, grated
• 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
• 1 dropper fulvic acid
• Honey to taste​​

1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
